In an interview with Naija FM in 2024, Timaya revealed that he is still unmarried in his 40s because he has never been drawn to marriage.

Africa's fastest man, Ferdinand Omanyala, has opened up about the cost of caring for his pet dogs, revealing that he spends at least KSh50,000 every month to ensure they remain healthy, well-fed, and properly groomed.

Speaking during an interview on Obinna Show Live on Monday night, March 9, 2026, the sprint star said keeping dogs requires serious commitment and financial investment.

"By the way dogs are expensive. Zinapigwa hadi marashi, lazima dogi ikae smart," he said, explaining that grooming forms a key part of their care routine.

Omanyala noted that the dogs are regularly monitored by a veterinarian to ensure they remain in good health.

"Kuna doctor anaiangalia twice a month. Ukitoa dogi ikae fiti na ikue na life poa lazima uipee hizi attention zote," he explained.
