Musician and entrepreneur Akothee has officially said goodbye to Kenya after relocating abroad with all her children, fulfilling a promise she made earlier to her fans.
The singer shared that this move marked the end of a long chapter in her life, as she returned to Kenya one last time to collect her two daughters who were the only children she still had in the country.
Akothee explained that her return journey was not smooth, as it was marked by serious health challenges. Shortly after landing in Kenya, she experienced severe lower back pain that quickly worsened.
The pain affected her spine and made it difficult for her to move properly. She struggled to walk and could not lift her left leg, a situation that caused her a lot of distress
The condition became so serious that she needed urgent medical attention.
At one point, she was forced to use a wheelchair after the pain overwhelmed her while seeking help.
The discomfort had already started during the flight, forcing her to stand for most of the journey due to the unbearable pain.
The situation was made worse by excessive bleeding, which raised further concern about her health.
Akothee was later taken to hospital, where she received treatment and care.
Despite the painful experience, she remained strong and focused on her main mission, which was reuniting with her daughters and completing her relocation plans.
She assured her supporters that the rest of the details surrounding her condition and move would be shared later.
The mother of five expressed deep appreciation for her fans, thanking them for their love, prayers, and constant support.
